The FCCG offers a broad range of training services to various professional organizations and furnishes such instruction via field experts.
Professional training is another specialty of the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling. We carefully develop all programs specific to the populations servicing problem gamblers and their families. In addition to certification training for addiction and mental health professionals, we also train medical and other health care practitioners to assess and treat. We further train law enforcement authorities, educators, clergy, government, gaming industry operators, and others, as a means of increasing public awareness and for purposes of providing information about problem gambling and prevention and intervention strategies.
