Are multi-state lotteries luring in more college students with hopes of winning big and maybe not having to earn that degree? Those big jackpots, almost unbelievable, can entice even the most skeptic. Hard work, in and out of the class room, and a dedication to achievement is the better bet, well atleast I think so. You're more likely to get struck by lightning. Do you even know anyone that has been struck by lightning? How do you feel about multi-state lotteries and the notion of a dollar and a dream?
