Calder Casino Creates Back-of-House Display for Team Members & Ramps Up Patron Engagement for PGAM

During PGAM 2024, Calder Casino set up a back-of-house display for team members to engage with PGAM messaging and materials! Throughout the month of March, Team Members were also given the chance enter Calder’s “Blue-Ribbon Responsible Gaming Pledge” picture raffle for a chance to win their share in gift card prizes.

In addition, Calder Casino set up a laptop and TV monitor in the back of the house hallway where Team Members will be able to play educational online games crafted by the FCCG to promote and heighten awareness for Team Members and Guests.

Calder Casino also worked to engage patrons with PGAM messaging by decorating its Players Club with PGAM décor, FCCG brochures, and fun giveaways. Calder also promoted PGAM on its social media platforms and in-house TVs.
