Treatment Provider FAQs

If I have a patient who can benefit from treatment, where should I tell them to go?

FCCG’s 24-hour confidential, multilingual HelpLine is staffed by FCCG representatives who can answer questions about treatment and begin the referral process immediately. More information is also available at www.gamblinghelp.org/recoverypath.

How can I become a treatment provider through FCCG?

All treatment providers referred through the FCCG HelpLine are State or Nationally Certified Gambling Counselors, as this is a requirement of the Recovery Path Treatment Program. Clinicians or Addiction Professionals looking to become Certified Gambling Counselors can receive additional information by calling our HelpLine at 1-888-ADMIT-IT.

As a provider, how do I get reimbursed for my services to patients?

Information regarding reimbursement is made available to providers who meet the requirements set forth by the FCCG Recovery Path Treatment Program once that provider has been established as an approved FCCG provider.
