What are the Reporting Requirements of Community Educators?

Upon completing an event or program for the FCCG, Community Educators are required to submit an outcomes and evaluation form, along with an invoice by the third (3rd) of every month for the prior month period.

As a stipulation for state funding, the FCCG is required to compile and submit outcome data for all organizations and individuals it contracts and/or works with in the fulfillment of Agency prevention, education, outreach, training, resource referral and related duties.
